Free Shipping on all orders over $50 to the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii will be actual shipping less a $10.00 allowance. Returns of orders for exchange due to our error will have shipping paid by us. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all other returned or exchanged items. For refunds the cost of outgoing shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. We do not accept international orders.
Merchandise may be returned within 10 Days of Receipt for a Refund and may be exchanged within 30 days for items of equal value.
All returned items must be in new unused condition with all books, boxes, and blank warranty cards.
Credit card refunds will be to the same credit card. You need to provide this number to us again at time of return. For your security we do not keep full credit card information. All other refunds will be in the form of a check mailed to you.
Due to their delicate nature film, paper, bulbs, and batteries are not returnable. There are no returns on special order items. Professional products including pro lenses, pro cameras, lighting, specialized filters, etc. may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
